1. Who is responsible for your data

2. This website
This website is a portfolio. It is designed to collect no personal data from visitors:
- No analytics or tracking tools are used.
- No advertising or marketing cookies are set — see the Cookie Policy.
- No registration, forms or newsletters are offered.
If you contact us by email, we process your address and message solely to answer your enquiry (legal basis: legitimate interest, Art. 6.1.f GDPR). Emails are deleted once the conversation is closed unless a legal obligation requires us to keep them.
Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, date, requested page) for security and operation purposes (legal basis: legitimate interest, Art. 6.1.f GDPR). These logs are not combined with other data sources.
3. Our games
Our games themselves do not collect personal data such as your name, email address, precise location or contacts, and we do not operate user accounts. Game progress is stored locally on your device.
Some games display advertising or use store services provided by third parties. These partners may process certain technical or pseudonymous data — for example the advertising ID of your device, device model, operating system version, language, approximate location derived from the IP address, or crash diagnostics — in order to serve and measure ads and to keep the app secure. This processing is governed by their own policies:
- Google (AdMob / Google Play Services): policies.google.com/privacy — you can reset or delete your advertising ID in your device settings.
- Apple (App Store): apple.com/legal/privacy
Where required, consent for personalised advertising is requested inside the game itself, and you can change your choice at any time in the game's settings or in your device settings.
Purchases made in our games are processed entirely by the corresponding store (Apple App Store or Google Play); we never see or store your payment details.
4. Children
Our games are general-audience titles and are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
