Privacy policy

Updated: 6 October 2026. This policy applies to TriPeaks Association Solitaire for Android and iOS, provided by NXVRMORE. Data controller: Adrián Rodríguez Lázaro, Almería, Spain. Contact: hello@nxvrmore.com.

1. Your game and local storage

The game does not require an account. Progress, settings, lives, virtual coins, helpers and purchase transaction identifiers are saved on your device to run the game and prevent duplicate grants. We do not operate a cloud save service or our own gameplay analytics server. Platform backups may include app data according to your device settings. Clearing app data can erase progress and consumable balances.

2. Advertising and consent

We use Google AdMob and its User Messaging Platform. The advertising SDK may process IP addresses, approximate location inferred from IP, device or advertising identifiers, ad interactions and diagnostic or performance information to deliver and measure advertising, protect against fraud and maintain service reliability. Advertising partners identified in the consent interface may receive data as permitted by your choices and applicable law. The game does not request precise GPS location, contacts, camera or microphone access.

Where required, consent is requested before eligible advertising requests. You can revisit an available consent form in Settings → Privacy & support → Advertising choices. On Apple devices, tracking across other companies’ apps or websites requires your App Tracking Transparency permission; declining does not prevent playing. You can change tracking permissions in iOS Settings. Android advertising ID controls are in device privacy settings. Contextual or limited advertising may still be shown where permitted.

“Remove Ads” permanently removes banners and automatic interstitials. Optional videos remain available only when you choose them for a clearly displayed reward. A reward is granted only when the advertising provider reports that it was earned. We do not require an ad click or purchase to earn a video reward.

3. Purchases

Unity In-App Purchasing connects the game to the platform store. Depending on SDK functionality, Unity may process installation or session identifiers, device information, country and purchase records to operate purchases, diagnose failures and prevent fraud. We do not enable a Unity webshop, Unity player accounts or third-party analytics. Requests concerning Unity purchase data can be sent to us; we will forward requests where Unity acts as our processor. Unity’s privacy information explains its own processing and retention.

Apple or Google processes optional purchases through the platform’s billing system. We receive purchase status, product and transaction information needed to deliver, confirm and restore entitlements. We do not receive your payment card number. Permanent purchases can be restored using the same store account. Consumed coins and helpers are not permanent restorable purchases. Prices and currency shown by the store govern the purchase. Refunds are handled by the relevant store and applicable consumer law.

4. Support and legal bases

If you email us, we receive the address, message and information you voluntarily include. Please avoid sending sensitive information. We process support requests and purchase delivery to perform the requested service; necessary security and fraud prevention based on legitimate interests; legally required records based on legal obligations; and consent-based advertising or tracking where consent is required. You can withdraw consent without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.

5. Recipients, retention and international transfers

Recipients include Apple or Google for store services, Google and disclosed advertising partners for advertising, and the email service handling support. These providers may process data outside your country, including the United States, using applicable safeguards such as adequacy decisions or contractual protections. Their own policies explain their processing and retention. Local game data remains until deleted or replaced; transaction records support purchase deduplication. We retain support messages only as needed to resolve the request, follow up and meet legal requirements. We do not sell support correspondence or maintain our own advertising identity database.

6. Your rights and deletion

Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, object to processing, and withdraw consent. Contact us at the address above; we may ask for proportionate information to verify a request. You may complain to your local supervisory authority, including Spain’s AEPD. For requests concerning provider-held data, use the provider’s privacy controls or contact it directly. To delete local progress, use Android’s clear storage option or remove the app and its backed-up data on iOS. Store purchase records are controlled by the store and may be retained for legal reasons. No account is created in this game.

7. Children, security and changes

This game is intended for a general teenage and adult audience and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly request personal information from children. Contact us if you believe a child provided information so that we can address it. Service providers protect network transmissions using their security measures; device security and backups depend on the platform. We may update this policy as features or legal requirements change and will update the date above. Material consent changes will be presented as required.
