WORD BLOOMHEXAGONAL

Privacy Policy

Effective date: 31 October 2026 · Applies to the native iOS and Android game Word Bloom Hexagonal.

The game works without an account. Your puzzle progress, preferences and gems are stored on your device. The free version may display ads; a one-time in-app purchase removes banner and interstitial ads. Optional rewarded ads remain available to earn gems, even after purchase.

2. Data and purposes

  • Local game data: language, level progress, gems, settings, current puzzle and ad-removal entitlement are stored on your device to run and restore the game. We do not receive this local save data on our own servers. You can reset progress in Settings; uninstalling the app also removes local game data, subject to your device backups.
  • Advertising: Google AdMob and its advertising partners may process device identifiers (including the advertising identifier where available and permitted), IP address, approximate location inferred from IP, device and app information, ad views, interactions and diagnostics to deliver, measure, prevent fraud and, only where permitted, personalize ads. The precise data depends on your device, region, consent choices and Google’s partners. We do not receive a list of individual players from AdMob.
  • Purchases: Apple App Store or Google Play processes payment and transaction data. The game receives product and entitlement information to enable the one-time Remove Ads purchase and restore it. We do not receive your payment card details.
  • Unity In-App Purchasing: the purchase SDK may process approximate location, an email address temporarily, user and device identifiers, purchase history, crash logs and performance diagnostics for purchase functionality and analysis. The email address is processed only to complete the relevant request. The app does not require a game account.
  • Optional game analytics (Firebase Analytics): only if you enable “Game analytics”, Google Firebase receives an app installation identifier, app and device information, language, screens visited, level starts and completions, swaps, hints, rewarded-ad requests and completed rewards, active time intervals, and estimated advertising revenue by ad format when available. We use aggregated reports to improve play and understand retention. We do not send puzzle words, names, email addresses, payment details or a game account identifier to Firebase Analytics. Analytics is not used to personalize ads.
  • Optional error diagnostics (Firebase Crashlytics): only if you enable “Crash reports”, Google Firebase receives crash and error reports, stack traces, device and app version information, and limited game context (screen, language and level number). Firebase may generate an installation identifier to group reports. We use these reports to fix stability problems. We do not attach your email, words, or purchase receipts.
  • Support: if you email us, we use your email address and the information you provide to answer your request or investigate a reported ad.

We do not ask you to create an account or upload photos, videos, contacts or precise location. Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics are used only after your separate in-game opt-in choices.

3. Legal bases and your choices

We process the local game data and purchase entitlements needed to provide the game and fulfil your purchase on the basis of performing our contract with you. We process support messages and reports on the basis of our legitimate interests in answering requests, resolving problems and preventing abuse; processing necessary to comply with a legal obligation is based on that obligation. Where applicable law requires consent for advertising identifiers, local storage or personalized advertising, we request it through Google’s User Messaging Platform before loading ads. On iOS, we request App Tracking Transparency permission separately when required. Declining these requests does not block the game; ads may be non-personalized or limited where allowed. You can review available advertising privacy choices through Settings → Ad privacy, change tracking permission in your device settings, and manage your Google or Apple advertising settings. You may withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing.

Firebase choices: Game analytics and crash reports are both off by default. Each requires your separate, freely given consent in the game. You can change either choice at any time in Settings → Analytics & diagnostics without losing access to the game. Turning off analytics stops future collection and resets this app’s Analytics installation data; turning off crash reports stops future Crashlytics collection. These choices do not change your AdMob consent or iOS tracking permission. Firebase does not receive your advertising identifier from this measurement integration.

The optional rewarded ad starts only when you choose its clearly labelled button; gems are granted only after Google confirms completion. Buying Remove Ads removes automatic banner and interstitial ads, while the optional rewarded ad remains available.

4. Recipients, transfers and retention

Advertising data is handled by Google and the partners identified in the consent message; store transaction data is handled by Apple or Google, and the purchase SDK is provided by Unity. Their services may process data outside the European Economic Area under their published transfer safeguards. Review Google’s Privacy Policy, Google’s partner information, and Apple’s Privacy Policy. See also Unity’s Privacy Policy for the purchase SDK. Their retention periods and controls are described there.

Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics are provided by Google and may process data outside the EEA under Google’s published safeguards. Their data retention depends on this Firebase project’s configured retention and Google’s service policies. We restrict access to the Firebase project. See Firebase privacy and security information. To request deletion of associated data, email us and include your platform and approximate dates of use so we can locate records where possible. Some pseudonymous reports cannot be attributed to a named person without a matching installation reference.

Local game data remains until you reset progress or uninstall the game, except device backups. Purchase records remain with the app store according to its policy and applicable legal obligations; the game keeps a local entitlement cache and checks ownership with the store. We keep support emails only as long as needed to respond and resolve the request, normally no more than 12 months unless a legal obligation requires longer.

5. Your rights

If you are in the EEA/UK, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of personal data, object where applicable, and withdraw consent. Contact hello@nxvrmore.com. For data held by Apple or Google, their privacy controls also apply. You may complain to your data protection authority; in Spain this is the AEPD. We may need to verify your request before acting on data we hold.

How to request deletion: email hello@nxvrmore.com with the subject “Word Bloom Hexagonal data deletion” and describe the data you want removed. We respond to rights requests within one month of receipt. Where legally permitted, complex or numerous requests may require up to two additional months; we notify you within the first month and explain the extension. We delete support correspondence we hold without undue delay when applicable, except information we must retain under a legal obligation, whose retention we explain in our response. You can delete local progress and gems in Settings or by uninstalling; device backups must be managed in your device account. App store purchase records cannot be removed by us and are retained by Apple or Google under their policies and legal obligations. For advertising or Unity SDK data held by those providers, use their privacy controls or contact them; we will assist with a request where possible.

6. Children, security and changes

The game is intended for a general audience aged 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect children’s personal data directly. Device and store parental controls remain available. We use platform-provided security and limit our direct data collection; no transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

We may update this policy if the game, SDKs or law changes. The effective date above will change, and material changes will be communicated in the app where appropriate. For privacy questions, deletion requests or ad reports, email hello@nxvrmore.com.
